Where Else Could It Go?
Some local companies recycle clean concrete, bricks, and rock into reusable materials.
Conreco accepts clean concrete, asphalt, retaining wall blocks, granite, brick, and stone or cement pavers. There are fees for dumping. NO vegetation or trash will be accepted.
Heimes Corporation accepts clean concrete block, brick, pavers, and rock. There is a fee for concrete that contains metal. NO asphalt, no trash, no dirt or yardwaste, and no wood or plastic will be accepted. You will be turned away if trash or unaccepted items are in your load.
Always call ahead to confirm if your item can be accepted. Restrictions and fees may apply.
Ways to Reduce or Reuse
Consider donating bricks and blocks in good condition to Habitat for Humanity's ReStore. To be accepted, bricks and blocks must be fully intact. Broken pieces or items with mortar, cement, or dirt on them will NOT be accepted. Large loads require palletization. Other restrictions apply. Call ahead for manager approval.
